It’s like they are afraid someone will find out they are not living perfect lives.
Woe is me, obviously.
Here, I’ve found a place to dialogue this art outside the city gates. I don’t want to sound intellectual or worse, arrogant. I want to talk about things that have challenged and opened up my creativity.
You stay loose, responsive and you do what you know how to do best. / You dish it out with everything you’ve got.
Every visual poem is constrained by human sense of what is real, whether physical “laws” or metaphors of abstract concepts.
I mean, you can have a graphic novel about Batman sitting in his bat-cave or you can show him swooping across rooftops.
